The participant fees* for the congress from 3rd-7th June 2012 include the following:
- Conference documents
- Meals with drinks (from choice available)
- Drinks and coffee in the breaks during lecture events
- Welcome Reception
- Boat Tour
- Gala Dinner
- Farewell Dinner
- Sightseeing Tour
- Company visits
* The german tax law was changed 1st January 2012. Now foreign participants of events in Germany have to pay 19% USt/BTW/TWA/VAT (UStG § 3a).
After you have sent us your registration forms we will send you an invoice. Please do not pay before you receive our invoice!
In accordance with federal data protection laws we are required to advise you that participant addresses are electronically stored and processed in an automated way. By registering, each participant confirms that he/she agrees with this action and will receive a list with the names and companies of those participating in the conference.
